- Before Project Start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- During Discovery Phase: Refund of remaining amount after deducting completed work
- During Development: Payment for completed milestones, refund of remaining amount
- After 50% Completion: No refund, but client receives all completed work
3.2 RAJSHREE-Initiated Cancellation
RAJSHREE ENTERPRISES may cancel services in cases of:
- Non-payment after 30 days of invoice due date
- Breach of contract terms by the client
- Inability to meet project requirements due to technical constraints
- Force majeure events
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Eligible Scenarios
Refunds may be provided in the following situations:
- RAJSHREE fails to deliver agreed-upon milestones within specified timeframes (with reasonable extensions)
- Delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work
- Technical impossibility discovered after project commencement
- Mutual agreement to terminate the project
4.2 Non-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change in client requirements after project approval
- Client's inability to provide necessary resources or access
- Delays caused by client feedback or approval processes
- Completed and delivered work that meets specifications
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions
5. Refund Process
5.1 Request Procedure
To request a refund:

- Include project details, reason for refund, and supporting documentation
- Allow 5-7 business days for initial review
- Participate in good faith discussions to resolve issues
5.2 Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Review Period: 5-7 business days
- Decision Communication: Within 10 business days
- Refund Processing: 15-30 business days after approval
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be calculated based on:
- Completed project milestones
- Time and resources invested
- Deliverables provided to the client
- Third-party costs incurred

- Refunds based on incomplete milestones
- Source code delivery upon partial payment

- Design phase: 50% refund if not approved

- UI/UX phase: Refund available before development starts

Post-delivery support and warranty terms:
- Bug Fixes: 30-90 days free support for critical bugs
- Minor Updates: Available under maintenance contracts
- Major Changes: Treated as new development work
10. Force Majeure
In events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), RAJSHREE ENTERPRISES will:
- Communicate delays promptly
- Provide alternative solutions where possible
- Offer pro-rated refunds for undelivered work
11. Intellectual Property
Upon refund:
- Client retains rights to paid and delivered work
- RAJSHREE retains rights to incomplete work and methodologies
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
12. Payment Method Considerations
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible:
- Bank Transfer: 15-30 business days
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days
- Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days
